Dr. Micheal Sylvester, fifth year Otolaryngology resident and T32 research scholar from University of Michigan, received Centralized Otolaryngology Research Efforts (CORE) grant funding for his project ‘Post-Transcriptional Regulation by HuR in CRSwNP.’
His current research aims to advance understanding of the posttranscriptional regulatory mechanisms contributing to the development and persistence of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis with the further aim of identifying new potential therapeutics.
